We currently deliver to most locations across India. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of full payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time:

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (additional charges may apply, if available)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as regional access, courier performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

  • Free shipping will be applied automatically for orders meeting the minimum purchase value.
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS with a link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your package.
If the recipient is not available during these attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Redelivery may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
For packages lost in transit or not delivered, we will work with the courier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
