Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Panchmukhi Makhana, we strive to deliver premium Bihar-sourced makhana (fox nuts) with top-notch service. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we maintain a clear policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency.​
1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing privacy@panchmukhimakhana.com with your order number.

Cancellations after 1 hour, once processed or dispatched, are not accepted.​
2. Returns

Returns are not accepted for perishable food items like roasted or flavored makhana once delivered. -
Exceptions: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item/flavor/pack size).​
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for approved cases:

Damaged/Defective Products: Notify within 24 hours with order number and clear photos. -
Incorrect Items: Same 24-hour window with proof. -
Processing: Refunds credited to original payment method (e.g., Razorpay/UPI) within 5-7 business days after verification. Shipping fees non-refundable.​
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds for:

Claims after 24 hours of delivery. -
Opened, consumed, or used products (even partially). -
Incorrect shipping/billing details provided by customer. -
Change of mind or taste preferences.​
